YANT RAHU

Sak Yant Rahu (ยันต์ราหู) – The Moon Devourer.

Rahu is a powerful figure in Hindu and Buddhist traditions. In Thailand,
he is known as Phra Rahu and is associated with eclipses, destiny, transformation and protection from misfortune.

According to the traditional legend, Rahu was an asura who secretly drank the elixir of immortality.
Vishnu discovered him and cut him in two, but the portion of the elixir he had swallowed made his head immortal.
Rahu then became the celestial being who pursues and devours the Sun and the Moon, creating eclipses.

Meaning and Powers of Sak Yant Rahu Traditionally, this Yant is associated with:

protection from bad luck, negative influences and misfortune;

transformation during difficult periods;

strength and endurance when facing obstacles;

hidden power, ambition and strategic intelligence;

the ability to overcome opposition and unfavorable circumstances;

fortune and success in ventures requiring courage and calculated decisions.

Rahu is not viewed only as a negative figure.

In Thai belief, his power can also represent the transformation of misfortune into opportunity, fortune and prosperity.
His dark and mysterious nature symbolizes the ability to absorb or overcome negative influences rather than being controlled by them.

The Sak Yant Rahu is therefore chosen by those seeking protection, resilience, renewed fortune and the strength to move through uncertain periods.

It reminds the wearer that power must be guided by awareness, discipline and responsibility.
